Try Cyrfas free for 14 days — no credit card required. The free trial exists so you can fully evaluate the software before spending anything. We encourage you to use this period to connect your brokerage, explore every feature, and decide if Cyrfas fits your workflow.
All subscription payments are final. Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions regardless of usage. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Because Cyrfas is entirely downloaded software with no physical goods and the trial gives you full access before any charge occurs, we do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time remaining in a subscription period.
Inner Recess, LLC may grant refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants an exception — for example, a duplicate charge or a documented billing error — contact us promptly at hello@innerrecess.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Requesting a refund does not guarantee one will be issued. Exceptions do not create any precedent or obligation for future refunds.
All billing and payment processing for Cyrfas is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. When you are charged for a Cyrfas subscription, the charge appears from Paddle on your billing statement. Any approved refund is issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Inner Recess does not process payments directly and cannot issue credits or refunds outside of the Paddle system.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may not be able to assist further while the dispute is in process. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal. After cancellation, you retain access to Cyrfas through the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation. Cancellation is not a refund.
